Guarantee

We guarantee the Easy Slicer will make your life easier in the kitchen when used correctly and responsibly.  Please contact us if you need assistance or further help in getting the most out of your Easy Slicer.  Using your body as leverage is key when slicing large or hard produce.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you wish to return the product , you must do so within 30 days of delivery, and return your purchase (in original packaging) for a full refund less shipping costs.

Please quote your name, order no number and reason for return.

Any return courier or postage charges are at your own expense.

Replacements

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy, by repairing or replacing it.

Liability

Please use the product as recommended as we will not be liable for any injuries caused by incorrect use of our product.  The product is designed for ease of use and safety.  Please keep away from children.
